This knife features a stainless steel blade, hand forged and hammered to improve the density and purity of the steel. In order to make the blade more resistant and durable, and thus allow it to keep a razor sharp edge for months without requiring too much maintenance. The blade received a heat treatment, which deposited a thin layer of blackening oxide on the surface of the blade, to allow it to better resist corrosion and impurities.
The handle is made of natural ebony wood, treated with high temperature wax to allow it to resist humidity, and to give it a smooth and pleasant surface to the touch, slightly shiny.
The hole in the blade allows your hand to get closer to the tip of the knife to obtain a great precision when cutting. You will be able to debone any type of meat with ease and safety, without running the risk of your fingers slipping on the blade.
The knife is also sold with a very resistant and practical leather sheath to allow you to easily carry the knife with you.
