How to really relieve heavy legs naturally?

This is the question we have been asking ourselves for over a year and we have finally found the answer, LET’S USE PLANT REFLEXOLOGY!

This method has been proven for more than 10,000 years in Asia and we are just starting to hear about it in France, yet this ancestral technique aimed at stimulating very specific points under the feet can really help to:

• Blood circulation in the legs
• The feeling of heavy and swollen legs
• Restless legs
• Edemas
• Osteoarthritis

And much more !

How can these sandals help? What about science ?!

The nodules in reflexology shoes stimulate the kidneys and adrenals, helping to drain and unblock the lymphatic system while increasing blood circulation.

* In a scientific study conducted by Kyoto University, reflexology shoes were clinically proven to stimulate sensitive points in the arch of the foot directly connected to the lymphatic system thereby reducing swelling in the lower legs and feet

How do we use it?

That simple ! After a long day or your feet and legs are tired, sit back and put on your comfortable reflexology sandals for a 15 to 20 minute walk.

Be ready, happiness sets in your body from the first 5 minutes of use. You will feel your feet gradually relax, the blood circulation unblocked, and a feeling of well-being will invade your body. Use them all day or just in the evening, the more they are worn the more they will do you good!

Everyday sandals, alternative medicine

To walk your dog, to relax at home, to do your housework and for any type of stain, reflexology sandals are perfect!

• Ideal if you experience pain in your feet or legs after a day of work
