Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Packaging: Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-returnable Items: Custom-made, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact our support team at support@hudson-harper.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Our team will provide return instructions and a downloadable return form.
Step 3: Ship the item to our headquarters in Assendelft, Netherlands (address listed below), unless our support team provides a specific local return instruction for your region to speed up the process. Please always contact us before sending the item to ensure the correct instructions and return form are shared.

Return Fees & Costs

Restocking Fee: Hudson Harper does not charge any restocking fees.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customer Remorse: For returns due to a change of mind (e.g., wrong size, color, or simply not liking the item), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is damaged, faulty, or the wrong product was sent, Hudson Harper will cover all return shipping costs.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective product or an item damaged in transit, contact us immediately with supporting photos. We will arrange a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
Wrong Product Received: If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll ensure the correct product is sent at no additional cost.
