Please always contact us before sending the item to ensure the correct instructions and return form are shared.

Return Fees & Costs

  • Restocking Fee: Hudson Harper does not charge any restocking fees.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    Customer Remorse: For returns due to a change of mind (e.g., wrong size, color, or simply not liking the item), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
    Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is damaged, faulty, or the wrong product was sent, Hudson Harper will cover all return shipping costs.
