Thuistenue van Athletic Bilbao 2025–2026
Athletic Bilbao Club 2025–26 home kit is a masterful blend of tradition and innovation, celebrating the club's rich heritage while embracing modern design elements. The iconic red and white stripes remain central to the jersey, but this season, they are complemented by a subtle embossed pattern inspired by the architectural features of the Ibaigane Palace, the club's official headquarters. This design choice pays homage to the club's deep-rooted connection to its Basque identity and the enduring strength symbolized by the palace's structure.
A standout feature of the new kit is the inclusion of the Eguzkilore, a traditional Basque symbol representing protection and resilience. Positioned on the back of the neck, this emblem serves as a tangible link to the club's cultural roots and the centenary of the Pichichi bust at San Mamés. The jersey also features a modern round collar combining black and white, adding a contemporary touch to the classic design. Black shorts and socks with red and white accents complete the ensemble, maintaining a cohesive and striking appearance on the field.
Crafted with high-performance AERTEK fabric, the kit ensures optimal breathability and comfort for players and fans alike. The use of silicone or embroidered crests and high-quality finishes reflects the club's commitment to excellence both on and off the pitch. As Athletic Club returns to the UEFA Champions League, this kit not only represents the team's aspirations but also stands as a symbol of pride for supporters, embodying the spirit and resilience that define the club's storied history.
